Q. What are your business hours?
A. Our Business hour is Monday – Friday 10:00am – 17:00pm JST.(*Closed on national holidays)

Q. Which payment method do you accept?
A. Bank transfer, credit card, and PayPay are accepted.

If you would like to use PayPay or a credit card except VISA/Master, please choose [BankTransfer] as a payment method when you book. After booking please inform us of a payment method you like.

We accept phone calls only in an emergency (ex,  trouble on the day of the tour etc…).

Q. Can I get on a waitlist?
A. Unfortunately, you cannot wait for a cancellation. Please choose available tours.

Q. How can I change my reservation?
A. You can change your reservation by email or by phone.

Q. When will a cancellation fee be charged?
A. A cancellation fee will be charged as below unless specified on a booking page of the tour.

8 – 20 Days Before Arrival 20% of the total price
2 – 7 Days Before Arrival 30% of the total price
1 Day Before Arrival 50% of the total price
Check-in Day / No Show 100% of the total price


Q. Can I cancel the tour in case of bad weather?

A. We cannot accept your cancellation request unless the tour is held.
A full refund will be offered if the tour is not held.

Q. Could you issue a receipt?
A. Yes, we can issue an electronic receipt. Please request us by email, by LINE or by phone.

Q. I don’t know how to use Zoom although I signed up for an online tour.
A. Please check on the Zoom website.
